Mission

We are responsible for providing appropriate and well maintained facilities for those persons on the Georgia Tech campus.

Our Design and Construction department provides design and construction management and contracting services for renovation and capital projects.

Our Operations & Maintenance department provides custodial services, grounds maintenance and landscaping, painting, vehicle repair, staging, plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning, keys and locks, and structural repairs. The department is also responsible for electrical and other utilities distribution.

The departments and employees of Facilities are dedicated to providing high quality services that reflect their continuous pursuit of personal and professional excellence.
