The Electronic Resource Management Enigma: the Vendor Solution, the Homegrown Realities, and the Grey Areas of Practicality

Abstract

This program will present information about electronic resource management at the Florida State University Libraries. Currently the FSU Libraries are implementing a vendor-based electronic resource management system. However, this solution will not solve every problem. The authors will present a blended strategy for using both vendor solutions and home grown web applications for enhanced usability and access.
