Series/Report no.: Language for Business and Technology (LBAT) summer course ; Germany 2004
Abstract: During the summer of 2004, students in the Languages for Business and Technology (LBAT) - Germany program studied for six weeks in the German region of Bavaria and the city of Munich. The class worked in small groups and with the help of German tutors, learned about current issues facing German businesses and experienced a varied cultural program including excursions to sites such as the historical marketplace, Viktualien Markt, Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich, and the famous English garden in Munich, the first public garden in Europe. This newsletter is their account of their summer in Bavaria.
