Abstract: Libraries can encourage organizational change by training employees to explore their link resolver's "black box" qualities. K-State Libraries’ SFX administrator created a series of classes for all interested staff to discover the resolver. We will examine the series and its promotion of goals prescribed by the Libraries' 2007-2012 Strategic Plan.
