Abstract:

GTRI scientists have developed a series of prototype systems that uses special
high-strength permanent magnets to quickly erase a wide variety of storage
media. Originally designed for military applications, the new technique could
benefit banking, health, human resource and other industries that must also
protect sensitive data. |
