| Title: | E-books: Defining and Considering the Alien Invasion |
| Author: | Koppel, Ted ; Stewart-Marshall, Zoe |
| Abstract: | Despite the increasing library investment in eBooks, no single definition adequately describes the wide variety of eBooks available. Koppel will offer different approaches to define eBooks and their implications for library collections and services. Building on this, Stewart-Marshall will suggest that traditional conceptual models for library materials management may be inadequate in the context of eBooks. |
