Title: Making the Most of E-Journal Usage Data

Abstract: Libraries with collections of electronic journals receive vendor-supplied usage reports on a regular basis. Some also obtain data from local sources such as link resolvers. This presentation will discuss how these data are manipulated and enhanced for administrative and collection management purposes at the University of Tennessee Libraries.
