· Where can I apply?
Apply by filling out our online application, if you need additional information about the application process contact the Department of Housing at 404.385.MOVE (6683).

· Is there an application fee?
Yes, a $300 pre-payment will be required to process your application. (A one-time non-refundable $80 application fee will be subtracted from your prepayment. The remainder will be applied to the first month's rent.)

· Is there a security deposit?
No, there is only a $300 pre-payment at the time of application. (A one-time non-refundable $80 application fee will be subtracted from your prepayment. The remainder will be applied to the first month's rent.)

· Are background and credit checks required?
No, they aren't. Since you are already (or soon will be) a part of the Georgia Tech community, we have all the info we need.

· Is there a deadline for applications?
No, however, applications will be processed based on submission date. This means early applicants will have a better chance at getting their choice of apartments.

· What is the monthly rent of the Apartments?
1 Bedroom - $959/Month
2 Bedroom - $1,116/Month
*A $3 Program fee has been included

· Will the number of children I have affect my rent?
No, the rents are determined by the number of bedrooms, not the number of people living in it.

· Is there a limit to the number of children permitted?
Tenth&Home has apartments that can accommodate up to two children. If there are three children in your family, the Burge Apartments can accommodate your needs. Please keep in mind that children must be part of your immediate family, no extended family or family-sharing is permitted.

· Are there any other fees or hidden cost?
There are no association fees or anything like that and since all your utilities are included in your rent, there are no bills. Noteworthy, a program fee is already included in your housing fee. Parking is a separate charge as in all other Housing contracts.

· What are the included utilities?
Included in your rent are electricity, water, garbage collection, cable television, local telephone, and high-speed internet access.

· Are there laundry facilities?
Each apartment is equipped with a brand new washer and dryer.

· How big are the apartments?
The one and two bedroom sizes are variable square footages each being designed for efficient use of space.

· Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed, with the exception of fish. Residents may have fish in an aquarium (no larger than 10 gallons). It is prohibited to have any other types of animals in aquariums.

· Are non-smoking rooms available?
All Georgia Tech campus facilities and residential buildings are smoke-free.

· Is parking availble?
Yes, there is ample parking in new surface lots and a new parking deck. Please contact the parking office for pricing and more information.

· Which public schools serve the area?
