Directs the newly established department responsible for leading real estate development and acquisition strategies for the Institute. Works closely with the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, the Georgia Tech Foundation and private development partners to coordinate privatized models for land and building procurement, financing, approvals and transactions to expedite the implementation of the Campus Master Plan. Responsible for securing permitting and approvals for campus development. Serves as the principal contact with the real estate development community in Atlanta and constituent neighborhoods impacted by Institute expansion to determine strategies that meet the aspirations of both Georgia Tech and its host communities.
