The Associate Vice Provost for Distance Learning & Professional Education is responsible for the day-to-day operation for all of Georgia Tech’s educational outreach activities. This position interacts with Georgia Tech’s academic units as well as the Library, OIT, CETL, and the Office of Assessment to develop, promote, market, deliver and assess distance-delivered coursework as well as short courses, sponsored courses, and conferences. This position works with the Vice Provost in policy matters and works closely with the Director of Business Operations to establish academic and business procedures to ensure high-quality delivery of Georgia Tech education outreach.
