The purpose of these surveys is to document student, staff ,and faculty opinions of customer service provided in the various Auxiliary Services units: Bookstore, BuzzCard Center, Dining Services, Housing Services, Parking and Transportation Services, Robert Ferst Center for the Arts, Student Center, and Student Health Center. The information will be used to focus administrative improvement efforts and to provide data in the Auxiliary Services balanced scorecard initiative. Comment sections were provided at the end of each survey section so students, staff, and faculty could provide specific comments to assist the directors of the different Auxiliary Services units. This final report has been prepared to document survey results, highlight areas of service excellence, and focus attention on areas needing improvement.
