The Real Estate Development Office is a 3-person unit comprised of an Executive Director, Lease Administrator and Administrative Assistant. They provide a range of real estate services to internal customers and GIT cooperative organizations (GTF, GATV, ATDC) including negotiation of acquisitions and divestitures, lease and rental agreement negotiations, deed management, lease administration, design and construction oversight and local, state and Board of Regents authorizations and approvals for permits and easements. They represent Georgia Tech on the Home Park Land Use Planning Committee, Home Park Civic Association, Neighborhood Planning Units E and L, English Avenue Neighborhood Association and Midtown Development Review Committee.
