Studies done in 2002 by Food Services' management staff to quantify customer satisfaction in students and faculty/staff. Success measured by customer surveys and meal plan sales and participation rates. Improvements over the past year: offered more authentic ethnic foods, introduced new menu items, introduced two new made to order concepts at Woodruff (Encore and Veggie Station, constant analysis of menu cycle, and introduced "Calorie Counters" at all locations containing Nutritional Information.
