Ongoing evaluation efforts to support the Administration and Finance Strategic Plan include daily contact with departmental administrative staff, individual meetings with deans and department heads, periodic user surveys, as well as regularly scheduled monthly meetings with formal groups: • Human Resource Representatives (Individuals assigned to colleges and other major campus units) • A&F Executive Staff • Business Partners’ Council (cross-sectional group representing major academic & admin. business functions) • Diversity Council Feedback and in-put from all evaluation sources are reviewed during bi-weekly OHR Senior Managers’ Meetings to determine desirable program improvements and necessary changes. In addition, more global evaluation and planning efforts are embedded in our formal strategic planning process where goals are focused on supporting our A&F Strategic Plan. Ultimately, all decisions are based on ever-changing priorities and the best use of available human and financial resources.
