    Abstract
    Review program pricing theory and how price can establish your niche in the market place. Various pricing models, how to handle price objections, customer perception of value, and profit margins will be discussed. You will have the opportunity to practice and apply these pricing skills to programs in your center. After participating in this session you will be able to: 1. Gain an understanding of pricing practices 2. Understand what is reasonable profit 3. Know how to figure expenses into a fair price 4. Decide when to offer discounts
