Title: Community-Based Innovation Dynamics in the Water Supply and Sanitation (WSS) Sector

Abstract: The article aims to determine what are the dynamics of innovation in the establishment of rural Water Supply and Sanitation-Community Based systems by focusing on the case of rural communities in Costa Rica. Results show that leadership and sense of ownership do have a greater role in increasing sustainability and learning.
