| dc.description | Susan Reed founded EdgeDweller in 2003. With EdgeDweller, Ms. Reed focuses on helping
organizations achieve continuous growth through innovation process, social change, and genius
thinking patterns. She has helped launch more than 100 products and services in over 25 different categories for more than 50 brands. She is passionate about the role creativity plays in innovation and has spent
the last decade researching how to replicate the way people create and think. In the past, Ms. Reed has served as guest speaker for audiences that include the U.S. Congress, American Marketing Association, International marketing forums, women’s groups, and a wide
range of industry groups. She teaches transformational leadership skills to executives, coaches high potentials, and builds innovation capacity at the organizational level. | |
| dc.description | Connie Kirk joined Nobis Works in 1977 as its first CEO. She has led the organization’s development from its humble beginnings to a national leadership position today in the field of community rehabilitation programs.
As a leader nationally and in her community, Connie serves as the South Regional Representative on the National Council of Work Centers. She was the first woman inducted into the Rotary Club of Marietta and participated in the first class of Leadership Cobb. Connie is an active member of the WellStar Health System board of directors and has received awards from the National Rehabilitation Association, Atlanta Woman's Magazine, the Junior League of Cobb County and many more. | |
