In January, 1998 she became the Senior Plant Technical Manager of the Cedar Rapids Operation. In October, 1999 she became the Director, Packaging Engineering and Materials Handling and transferred to Minneapolis. She continued in that expanded role with the Pillsbury acquisition and subsequent integration. In November 2003, she was named Director, Manufacturing Engineering and Capital Efficiency.en_US
