    Abstract
The eye and brain work together to form our impressions of reality. Our perspectives of what is happening around us can be influenced by perceptual reference frames and feedback loops. The complexity of visual processing of information will be highlighted by simple illustrations and demonstrations. J. C. Bose's research and development of table-top experiments provides inspiration today.
