    Abstract
    Ever wonder how to efficiently train your circulation student employees in a fun and supportive way? Are you ready to engage your staff at every level of your student employee training? At OSU Valley Library we've developed a training program with extensive staff involvement and technological resources that engages (and rewards) students from the first day on the job to their year end evaluation.
