Improving Rural Internet Connectivity With Cellular Technologies

Abstract

The Internet plays an increasingly important role in education and creates new opportunities for students. Students living in rural areas have less access to high-speed Internet than students in more populated areas. This paper describes a project that enables rural students to obtain high-speed Internet access through cellular networks.
