    Abstract
Fake news travels faster than real news; in one specific event, fake news even got more engagement than real news. As fake news’ threat to the truth and democracy becomes more imminent, it is increasingly important to educate people on how to spot fake news. The project aims to teach how to differentiate fake news by developing a web-based game available to play in the public internet. Users play as a professional fact checker, learning three most important questions used by fact checkers. The game is designed by using three most effective pedagogy to teach critical thinking. Evaluation is not part of the project due to time constraint.
