Abstract: Georgia Tech Facilities is responsible for providing appropriate and well maintained facilities, design and construction management services for renovation and capital projects, contracting services, and providing environmental health and safety guidance for those persons on the Georgia Tech campus. The departments and employees of Facilities are dedicated to providing high quality services that reflect their continuous pursuit of personal and professional excellence. In 2003 we conducted our 5th Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, administered by Georgia Tech Consulting Services. We use the results of the survey to improve current business practices and to identify additional services that may be needed. Some of the items mentioned in the remainder of this document are a direct result of our actions taken in response to the Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
