dc.description.abstract Although the engineering programs of Georgia Tech typically rank in the top ten academic institutions, the library at Georgia Tech was ranked 106th of 113 institutions of higher learning. To address this disparity, this report offers an agenda for five years, which is designed to elevate the stature of the library consistent with the overall institution.
